Leaders Guild: A Master’s Mind Group for Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders
Open by invitation during limited time periods to those who have completed courses and want to continue meeting on a weekly basis.
This group offer a combination of masterminding, peer brainstorming, accountability and support in a group setting to create the success you want.
The difference between a Mastermind and a Master’s Mind group is God. Leaders Guild defers to the Master’s Mind because hey- if we only use our human logic and reason without tapping into the power and wisdom of Almighty God – we dramatically limit what’s possible.
And anything is possible.
Why is it called a Guild? In medieval times, a guild was an association of craftsmen or merchants, often having considerable power. In modern times, it’s an association of people with related interests and goals who come together for mutual aid and protection. It’s easy to become focused on building a castle instead of a Kingdom. Our mission will be to keep our eyes on our higher calling as we walk out the practical demands of doing business in a crazy world.
What you can expect from your participation in this group:
- Strengthen Your Personal Identity
- Increased Confidence in Decision-Making
- Accountability for Measurable Progress toward Goals
- Problem-Solving in a Safe Environment
- Prayerful Support and Spiritual Growth
- Inspiration, Motivation, and Mastery
I will GIVE GENEROUSLY of my time and talents
to MAKE YOUR NAME GREAT.
This is not about me – it’s about you.
In the beginning, God said, “I will make you into a great nation,
and I will bless you; I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.” (Genesis 12:2)
HE HAS NOT CHANGED HIS MIND!
I find deep joy in my mission, which is to provoke leaders in the business realm to confidence in their calling, consistency in their character, and clarity in their communications. The result is healthy, enduring relationships and strong teams from the family room to the board room – transforming communities and creating lives of significance. You can expect an overflow of this joy in your life as we partner together.
This Team is a Key for you to Thrive in the Year Ahead
Here’s a truth to live by in your business, and especially when working with an advisor, or mentor, or coach, or friend who you go to for advice…
“If we agree on everything, one of us is unnecessary.”
You need community.
Co-laborators who co-labor with you.
So they can look at you and say… “hey, you know, your perspective is off here… you’re missing overlooking what’s truly important.”
Without you feeling it’s an attack or an enemy.
That’s the power of a true Master’s Mind group..
The Leaders Guild will help you build your business while helping your friends build theirs too.
And together, we build the Kingdom.
But without your personal board of directors, your quorum of fellow kingdom-disciples, of fellow under-shepherds… you won’t see the wolves coming through the glen.

In The Power Of The Other, Henry Cloud writes “any person who is a closed system, trying to meet their own needs, will not succeed. But when you can commit to finding the right “others” who will build into you, you will get to levels you never thought possible. The right “others” will bring two key ingredients to you: new energy and new intelligence. That combination will always be required to get you to the next level.
So, I have one piece of advice for you today…
If you don’t already have a wise counselor to help you get better, make it your mission in 2020 to find one. It might not be easy, and as Proverbs 4:7 says, you might even have to pay for it. The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding. (NIV)
