Many of the statistics in the report come as no surprise, but a few caused me to sit up in my chair and make notes. It wasn’t surprising to read that FaceBook, despite the changes that have frustrated most marketers, is still the #1 social media platform among B2C (Business to Consumer) marketers. In fact, more than 54% reported it is their most important platform for business.
